This is a multi-sized pattern in children's sizes 2 - 14.  A link to the size charts including all measurements is included just below the product title above.

 Fabrics

This pattern is designed for knit fabrics with 25 - 75% stretch in the crosswise direction. These include (but are not limited to): light to medium weight jersey or interlock fabrics with or without lycra or spandex. 

If using the raw rolled hem option, ensure that you select a jersey fabric as other types of fabric will not roll when stretched to create the hem.

Other needs

• a length of 38mm (1.5") knitted or woven elastic
• Co-ordinating thread as needed

Other needs (optional)

•  A length of 1cm (3/8") fusible hem tape or knit stay tape for hemming.
• 2 x 7mm (1/4") eyelets and eyelet pliers (optional or can substitute with buttonholes). Fusible interfacing: a 2cm x 5cm (3/4" x 2") piece to reinforce eyelets/buttonholes, and/or a small amount to stabilize pocket openings.
• A length of cord or tape equivalent to the elastic length plus 40cm (15 3/4") for the true waist tie.
• A 40cm (15 3/4") length of cord or tape for the faux waist tie.
